The Russian army approaches Lisichansk

The Russian military is shelling Lysychansk. They are approaching the city.

Axar.az reports the statement came from the head of the Luhansk regional military administration Sergei Gaidai.

"The Russians are approaching Lysychansk, fortifying nearby settlements. The city is being shelled by artillery, tanks, and aircraft. We have at least three wounded civilians and several policemen," he said.
