Ukraine: Russians have occupied these territories!

The battle for Lisichansk continues. Russian forces have had partial success in the city's oil refinery.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

"The enemy fired on the positions of our troops near the city of Lysichansk. The Lisichansk oil refinery was partially successful in offensive operations: it captured the north-western and south-eastern parts of the plant," the report said.
