Russia starts enmity with another country

If Bulgaria does not cancel the decision to expel 70 Russian diplomats, diplomatic relations with Sofia may be completely severed.

Axar.az reports that these words were said by Yelena Mitrofanova, the ambassador of Russia to Bulgaria.

"Moscow will take very drastic steps. It cannot remain unaffected. Diplomatic relations can be cut! Moscow will decide," the ambassador said.
