Despite the fact that its western neighbors are massing their armies on the border, Minsk is focused on peaceful dialogue.

Axar.az reports that this was said by the President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko.

"The meeting of the delegations is practically held at the junction of two civilizations - East and West. We see this as symbolic meaning because, despite everything, we are committed to peaceful dialogue with all countries. While our western neighbors are deploying troops to our borders, we are busy with creative initiatives," said Lukashenko.
