Putin does not want to sit at the negotiating table - Italy

The war in Ukraine should be ended through diplomacy, but Russia does not want to sit at the negotiating table.

Axar.az reports that Italian Foreign Minister Luigi Di Maio said this.

"Diplomacy is working, but all mediation efforts have failed, according to Putin. Zelensky has repeatedly shown signs of openness. This path is a diplomatic solution, but a ceasefire can be achieved only if the Russian army stops bombing the civilian population of Ukraine," said the head of MFA.
