Berlin made history: trying to get rid of Russia

Germany will completely stop buying Russian coal from August 1 and refuse oil from December 31.

Axar.az reports that these words were said by Jorg Kukies, assistant to the German chancellor for economic issues, during the Sydney Energy Forum.

"Anyone familiar with the history of the "Druzhba" oil pipeline, which was already a tool of the Soviet empire in Eastern Europe, knows well that getting rid of this dependence is not a small matter. However, we will achieve this in a few months", said Y. Kukies.
