A new type of Omicron was discovered in Ukraine

A new VA.5 type of the Omicron strain of coronavirus was discovered in Ukraine.

Axar.az reports that the Ministry of Health of Ukraine published information about this on its Facebook account.

It was reported that 7 people infected with the new type have already been identified in Chernivtsi region.
