Why can't Russia protect itself from the HIMARS strike?

The reason the Russians cannot protect themselves from American HIMARS missile artillery systems is that they have not installed missile reflectors.

Axar.az reports that these views were expressed by military expert Alexander Musienko.

According to him, the reflectors installed by Russia do not belong to HIMARS:

“I'll explain it more simply: you have a boat or a ship. You put a reflective element on it so that radars can't detect it and hit it with an anti-ship or other type of missile. However, this does not apply to HIMARS missiles or other ammunition with a different marking principle."
