Axar.az reports that Oleg Ustenko, adviser to the President of Ukraine on economic issues, said this.

"If we talk about the long-term impact, the most frightening sanction is to deprive Russia of the new technology market. You can try to drill oil using old technologies, and even produce some products. But the world is moving forward quite quickly," said Ustenko.
