Axar.az reports that Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov said this.

He thanked Vladimir Putin and Recep Tayyip Erdogan for the constructive and productive dialogue in such a difficult time.

Kadyrov also shared a photo taken during the meeting between Russian President Vladimir Putin and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan in Sochi.
