Russia's aid defence system is ineffective - the US

The Kremlin has little reason to blame Ukraine for the Crimean strike. Because the sinking of Moscow has already shown that Russian air defence systems are ineffective.

Axar.az reports that the US Institute for the Study of War has released information about this.

"The presence of simultaneous explosions in two different places excludes the accidental fire version voiced by Russia. However, neither provocation nor a long-range missile attack is excluded," the report said.
