On August 12, the Montenegrin government declared the Russian diplomat an unwanted person. Statements aimed at justifying this step revealed that the speech was unreasonable and illogical.

Axar.az reports that the spokeswoman of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia, Maria Zakharova, said this.

"We consider this step of the Montenegrin authorities as part of the hybrid campaign launched by the West and its satellites against Russia. We consider it as Podgorica's unwillingness and inability to move away from its policy of pursuing such a destructive line at the expense of its own national interests, as well as international security and cooperation. We reserve the right to retaliate.
