A state of emergency was declared in Crimea

After the explosion at the military base in Jankoy, a regional state of emergency was declared in Crimea.

Axar.az reports that this was said by the head of Crimea, Sergey Aksyonov.

"We are in a state of emergency," Aksyonov said.
