First in the history of Turkey: Armenian give a high position

For the first time in the history of the Republic of Turkey, a person of Armenian nationality was elected as an authorized representative of the government.

Axar.az reports that 27-year-old Berk Acar passed the district governorship exam last year and managed to stand out during the interview.

He was the governor of Babadag district of Denizli province.

Berk Acar is said to be a lawyer by profession.
