Negotiations with Russia are like a game of "Russian roulette" with a fatal ending for everyone.

Axar.az reports that the adviser to the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Mykhail Podoliak wrote these words on his Twitter page.

"War is the continuation of terrorism and criminal blackmail. The president of Ukraine has already announced the preconditions for the negotiation process. The main condition is the withdrawal of the occupying Russian troops from all Ukrainian territories," Podolak said.
