Russia's partial mobilization decision shows the seriousness of the situation.

Axar.az reports that Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavushoghlu said this.

"We are trying to prevent the deepening of the humanitarian crisis in the Ukrainian war. Now new realities have emerged. As the war drags on, it becomes harder to reach a concrete solution. But diplomacy is still the only way of dialogue," Cavushoghlu said.
