Britain is short of workers: visa requirements eased

The UK government could increase its intake of migrant workers to tackle a severe labor shortage.

Axar.az reports that "Sunday Times" has published information about this.

In the coming weeks, the new prime minister plans to increase the involvement of seasonal workers in the agricultural sector and expand the list of professions that are subject to a simplified procedure for obtaining work visas. In particular, they may include broadband Internet deployment specialists.

British authorities may relax language requirements for work visas.
