We have a clear plan against Russia - Blinken

If Russia is going to use nuclear weapons against Ukraine, the United States has a clear plan of action.

Axar.az reports that US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken said this.

"We have warned the Russians not to openly talk about nuclear weapons. It is very important that Moscow learns from us the severe consequences it will face in this matter," said Blinken.

It should be noted that the "Financial Times" publication stated that Western countries are preparing plans in case Russia uses nuclear weapons in Ukraine.
