Russia is ready for negotiations with Ukraine.

Axar.az reports that Kremlin press secretary Dmitry Peskov said this.

"But as the situation changes, so do the conditions, and we have talked about it many times. But in general, the principle, all the goals of a special military operation remain unchanged. In this case, it was not said in the talks between Putin and Erdogan that the Ukrainian side completely left the negotiation path, so the "special military operation" was continued," Peskov said.
