Iran blocked access to Starlink

The Iranian government has blocked access to the Starlink.com website after SpaceX CEO Elon Musk said he would activate satellite internet service for users in Iran.

Axar.az reports that "PC MAG" portal has published information about this.

"Officially, Starlink.com does not offer satellite sales to Iran. But after the White House eased sanctions on tech companies to expand Internet services in Iran, Musk announced that he would activate Starlink in Tehran. The US did so in response to Iran's bans on social media and mobile phones in an attempt to quell widespread protests in the country. "Starlink" system of "SpaceX" can help local users to access the Internet without censorship," the information said.
