Recep Tayyip Erdogan will discuss the possible operation of the Turkish army in the north of Syria and the sending of weapons to the Aegean islands of Greece at the meeting of the Security Council today.

"Greece's arming of non-military islands will be the main agenda at the meeting. The fight against terrorism is also one of an important topic. Interior Minister Suleyman Soylu and National Defense Minister Hulusi Akar are expected to make presentations on the topic. Turkey's possible operation in the north of Syria is also among the topics to be discussed at the meeting," the information says.
