We invite Kyiv to the negotiating table to stop the military operations, the war it has started in 2014.

Axar.az reports that Russian President Vladimir Putin said this in his speech in the Kremlin.

"However, the choice of "lpr", "dpr", Kherson and Zaporizhzhia regions cannot be discussed. Their population will forever be our citizens. Russia will never throw away their population," Putin said.
