Putin wanted to replace Zelensky with him - Budanov

When the Kremlin wanted to take over our country with lightning speed, Putin considered several options.

Axar.az reports that these words were said by the head of the General Intelligence Department of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Kirill Budanov.

He said that Russia wants to replace Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky with former President Viktor Yanukovych.

"It's hard to even imagine how they thought about it."
