Ukraine's victory in Liman is a promising combat success that will create new dilemmas for the Russian military.

Axar.az reports that this was said by US Defense Minister Lloyd Austin.

"The port is located on supply lines that Russia uses to move its troops and equipment south and west. And without these routes, it will be more difficult. So this creates a kind of dilemma for the Russians going forward. And we think the Ukrainians did a great job of getting there and starting to liberate the city," Austin said.
