Axar.az reports that Vyacheslav Volodin, the speaker of the Russian State Duma, stated this.

"This is a part of our country (Donetsk, Lugansk, Kherson, Zaporizhzhia - ed.), a decision has been made, we will not give it to anyone. Therefore, when discussing military aid to Ukraine, they should understand that they are already involved in a conflict with Russia. No matter how hard they try to disguise it, nothing will happen. They should report to themselves," said the speaker.
