Axar.az reports that this was said by the head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov.

According to him, the president of the Russian Federation is the number 1 patriot in the country.

The head of Chechnya emphasized that Putin's services to the state and society are highly appreciated by the residents of the republic.
