A nuclear weapon can be used in this case

Russia has never had plans to threaten nuclear weapons. The statements circulated are false.

Axar.az reports that the Chairman of the Russian Federation Council, Valentina Matviyenko, said these words.

Matviyenko noted that these weapons are considered a deterrent and can be used as a means of defence during an attack.
