Axar.az reports that this was said by the official representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia, Maria Zakharova.

"After all, it's just some kind of general ungodliness. There is no excuse or explanation for this. And it can't be. This is another element that is completely organically adapted to the completely immoral, barbaric actions of the Kyiv regime," Zakharova said.
