Germany angrily rejected Johnson's statement

Germany has angrily rejected former British Prime Minister Boris Johnson's claims about Berlin's stance on the eve of the Russian invasion.

Axar.az reports that "Guardian" publication writes about this.

German Chancellor Olaf Scholtz's spokesman diplomatically criticized Johnson and denied these claims:

"We know that the very interesting former prime minister always has a unique relationship with the truth, and this case is no exception."

It should be noted that B. Johnson said in an interview with CNN that on the eve of Russia's intervention in Ukraine, the German government considers it acceptable for Ukraine to lay down its arms.
