India test-fired an Agni-III ballistic missile capable of carrying a nuclear warhead.

Axar.az reports that the Ministry of Defense of India has released information about this.

According to the information, the missile was launched from the test site on Abdul Kalam Island in the state of Orissa, located in the east of India.

Note that the Agni-III missile has a range of up to 3,500 km. Its length is 17 meters, its diameter is 2 meters, and its launch weight is about 50 tons.
