Russia deliberately creates artificial hunger in countries

Russia understands the importance of Ukraine as a guarantor of global food security and is trying to artificially create famine in a number of countries by blocking Ukraine's grain exports.

Axar.az reports that this was said by the Prime Minister of Ukraine Denis Shmygal

"For Russia, these sacrifices are desirable. As in 1933, those interested in global instability were also interested in the death of Ukrainians," Shmygal said.
