The West deliberately digs dividing lines and tries to suppress the OSCE.

Axar.az reports that Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said this at a press conference.

"The West is digging dividing lines against the OSCE. I am afraid that this is done specifically for the OSCE. The OSCE was created to make everyone's voice heard so that no country feels left out of the overall process. But now everything has turned upside down," Lavrov said.
