Response from the Kremlin to Biden's "negotiation" message

US President Joe Biden actually said that negotiations with Russia will take place after Vladimir Putin leaves Ukraine. But this is also impossible because the "special military operation" continues.

Axar.az reports that this was said by Kremlin's press secretary Dmitry Peskov.

According to him, Putin has always been open to negotiations:

"Russian President Vladimir Putin has always been open to negotiations with Washington, but attempts to negotiate with NATO, OSCE and the United States have failed."
