Ukraine's 4 conditions for security vis-a-vis Russia

The head of Ukraine's "Servant of the People" faction, David Arakhamiya, announced the initial conditions for negotiations with Russia.

Axar.az reports that Arakhamiya stressed that his country is ready to provide a security guarantee to Russia, but for this, the other side must fulfill 4 conditions.

"- To leave the territory of our country;

- To pay compensation;

- Punish all war criminals;

- Voluntary surrender of nuclear weapons.

After that, we are ready to sit down at the negotiating table and talk about security guarantees," he said.
