The northern road of Armenia was closed again

The road from Georgia to Russia through the Upper Lars checkpoint is closed for trucks due to ice and snow.

Axar.az reports that the Department of Roads of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia has released information about this.

"The Gudauri-Kobi section of the Mtskheta-Stepantsminda-Lars international highway is closed for trailers and semi-trailers. The road is open for other vehicles in the Gudauri-Kobi and Mleta-Gudauri sections," the information stated.

It should be noted that this is the only road from Armenia to Russia.
