Georgia will not provide military assistance to Ukraine

The Georgian authorities cannot and will not provide military assistance to Ukraine.

Axar.az reports that Mamuka Mdinaradze, the head of the ruling "Georgian Dream" faction of Georgia, said these words.

"Georgia provides full and absolute political support to Ukraine. It also provides humanitarian aid beyond its means. We cannot and will not provide military assistance," he said.

He explained that the reason for his country's refusal of military support was the presence of problems such as Abkhazia and South Ossetia.
