Arms are running out in Europe - Borrell

EU arms supplies to Ukraine are dwindling due to years of underfunding of the European military-industrial complex.

Axar.az reports that this was said by the EU's high representative for foreign policy Jozep Borrell.

"What we send to Kiev is not bought from warehouses, but from our armies," he said.

Borrell said, however, that the situation is improving rapidly.
