Ukrainian leader Volodymyr Zelensky's rejection of talks will make it easier for Russia to achieve its goals in the "special operation".

Axar.az reports that Dmitry Medvedev, Deputy Head of the Security Council of Russia, said this.

"Russia will complete all its goals in the "special operation" without any problems without making unnecessary concessions," he said.
