When the 30 foreign ministers of NATO countries met in Bucharest in November and discussed the next aid plan for Ukraine and other regional players under Russian pressure, it was surprising that the French minister was absent.

Axar.az reports that "Reuters" wrote about this.

It was reported that at that time the head of the French Foreign Ministry was on a state visit to the United States together with President Macron - while the US Secretary of State Blinken managed to come to Bucharest:

"For European allies, especially the front-line states in Eastern Europe, this was another reason for concern about whether France is the weak link in the Western alliance that supports Kyiv.
