It is impossible to recognize IRGC as a terrorist organization in the EU without a relevant decision from the court of one of the European countries.

Axar.az reports that this was said by the EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep Borrell.

"There are very interesting opinions on this issue, but without a court decision, such a decision cannot be made. You can't label someone a terrorist just because you don't like them. The court of one of the EU countries must make a legal decision with a specific conviction. After that, we can work at the European level," said Borrell.
