Turkish Foreign Ministry warns its citizens

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkiye called on its citizens to be more careful when visiting European countries.

Axar.az reports that the warning was posted on the official website of the ministry.

The warning was issued after the rise of anti-Turkiye protests, especially in Sweden, the Netherlands and Denmark.

In addition, official Ankara drew attention to the increase in the number of protests by supporters of the PKK terrorist group in Europe:

"The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkiye urges citizens to be careful and stay away from the demonstration areas. In case of manifestation of xenophobia or racism, it is recommended to contact the local authorities.
