Western, Ukrainian, and Russian sources say that the Kremlin is preparing for a new attack.

Axar.az reports that the US Institute for the Study of War has released information about this.

Russian so-called military bloggers are reportedly exaggerating reports that the Kremlin's main forces have not yet entered the fray for the expected offensive and promised victory:

"Stoltenberg's and Timochko's statements confirm our prediction that Russian forces will launch an offensive in the Lugansk region in the coming months."
