Axar.az reports that this was said by the advisor of the Office of the President of Ukraine Mikhail Podoliak while accusing the American billionaire Elon Musk.

"It is not necessary to help Russia's propaganda. It won't help them and Twitter's reputation is dying. Maybe the owner needs a regulator to explain the rules of competition?", said Podoliak.
