Axar.az reports that the Minister of National Defense of Turkiye, Hulusi Akar, told journalists at the closing ceremony of the "Winter Training-2023" held in Kars.

According to him, this will further contribute to peace and stability in the region:

"Winter training-2023" was successfully completed. This exercise shows the level of the Turkish army. I am proud that the training was successfully held in such conditions. This showed how the Turkish army is ready to fight in any situation. I also congratulate the friendly and brotherly countries that participated in the training."
