The Russian army is preparing to destroy the road infrastructure, mined bridges, dams and crossings in the Tavolyanka area of the Kupyansky district of the Kharkiv region, Ukraine.

Axar.az reports that the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine released information about this.

In addition, it was reported that Russia is preparing for secret mobilization in the temporarily occupied territories of the Donetsk region:

"Especially, all budget and municipal institutions in Horlivka city have been instructed to submit the lists of reserve persons to the military commissariat. All these people will be looked after by special commissions of the enemy, and then they will be called up for military service in the ranks of the enemy."
