Erdogan at the AFAD headquarters

President Recep Tayyip Erdogan went to Turkiye's Emergency Management Agency (AFAD) and took control of the earthquake area.

Axar.az reports that the institution's Twitter page reported on this.

According to the information, he will lead AFAD to coordinate the work related to the elimination of the consequences of the 7.4 magnitude earthquake that occurred in the Pazarcik district of Kahramanmaras.

It should be noted that an earthquake of magnitude 7.4 occurred in Turkiye last night. As a result, 284 people died, 2323 people were injured, and 1710 buildings were destroyed.
