We allocate 1 billion loans to Turkey - Leyen

On February 6, the European Commission allocated 1 billion euros to Turkiye for reconstruction after the earthquakes, and 108 million euros to Syria for humanitarian aid.

Axar.az reports that Ursula von der Leyen, head of the European Commission, said this.

"I am pleased to announce that the European Commission will allocate a loan of 1 billion euros to support Turkey. We will also allocate 108 million euros for humanitarian aid and the initial reconstruction of Syria," Leyen noted.
