Ban from Turkiye to Russia

Ankara will ban foreign goods exported to Russia as parallel imports through Turkiye.

Axar.az reports that RIA Novosti reported on this.

According to information, the country's authorities do not want to argue with the EU, where Turkish products are exported in large quantities.

Cetin Tecdelioghlu, the head of the Istanbul Ferrous and Non-ferrous Metals Exporters Association, told the agency that the Turkish authorities have presented a list of goods that are prohibited to export to Russia to the country's companies:

"The Turkish government handed over the list of prohibited foreign goods to the companies from March 1 and banned their delivery to Russia."
