"Ukroboronprom" state concern has started production of 122 mm artillery shells abroad in cooperation with NATO country and has already managed to send the first batch to the Ukrainian army.

"This is the third type of ammunition after the 120-mm mortar and 125-mm tank projectile, developed on the basis of Ukrainian technology and with the involvement of Ukrainian specialists abroad. 122-mm projectiles are used by the Ukrainian artillery on the D-30 trailer and self-propelled 2S1 "Gvozdika "is used in howitzers", - it was stated in the information.
