There is no progress to restore the dialogue with the USA

The United States must return to civilized principles of interstate relations to resume dialogue with Russia. However, there is no progress in this direction yet.

Axar.az reports that this was said by Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov.

"In order for us to restore our contacts, the United States must change its behavior and return to the civilized principles of interstate relations, including those established in the START treaty," he said.
